Delivery of Personalised Digital Products

Affirmations are prepared individually for each customer and delivered digitally to the email address provided with the order. They are usually sent on the same day or within 1–3 business days after payment. In unforeseen circumstances, preparation may take longer; however, the maximum fulfilment period is 30 days, in accordance with the Distance Contract.

If you choose the digital version, the personalised letter will be sent electronically to the email address provided with your order.

If you choose the printed version, the personalised letter will be sent by post to the delivery address provided with your order.
